Tibetan Sound Healing
Saturday, February 8
9am to 12 noon
IMC-L will host a Tibetan Sound Healing Workshop with Sue Greer from 9am to 12 noon on Saturday, February 8, at St. Peters’ Parish Hall, 2nd & Mulberry, Lewes.
Tibetan Sound Healing: This practice has been handed down from teacher to student through the oral traditions of the Tibetan Bon for over a thousand years.
The heart of the practice is the use of the five warrior seed syllables that connect us to the 5 working pranas of the subtle energy body. We will use breath awareness, visualization and chanting of the 5 syllables in a guided meditation. By chanting the five syllables we will activate our awareness, increase our courage to make changes, relieve blocks that cloud our minds and open our light body.
Sue Greer will be guiding the practice. She is a healer and Bon practitioner for over 30 years has been practicing the 5 warrior seed syllable meditation for over 19 years. Sue offers this transformative practice to her clients to help move them through difficulties and find more clarity and courage.
