We will have thirty minutes of our traditional silent group meditation.  Larissa will then present a twenty-five to thirty minute dharma talk followed by a Q&A period and a closing sit.

Message from Larissa: Please join us as we explore this quality that arises simply by our willingness to be present and say yes, to here and now.
 
Regarding dana: If your budget does not allow for any dana, we welcome your attendance. Simply show up, no explanations are needed or requested.
