Sue Greer will lead this retreat in the Buddhist practice of Tonglen. This practice teaches us how to use our awareness and breath to release suffering, ours and others, through lovingkindness, to help bring compassion to all. Tonglen is a wonderful practice we can bring into everyday life. Sue Greer is a Bon Dzogchen practitioner and learned the Tonglen practice from Pema Chodron in the early 1990’s.
The suggested dana is $10.
