As part of the IMC-L 2018 continued focus on Deepening Our Practice, On and Off the Cushion, insight meditation teacher Larissa Kitenko joins us the fourth Monday of most months.
At 4pm we have thirty minutes of our traditional silent group meditation. Larissa then presents a twenty five to thirty minute dharma talk followed by a Q&A period.
This event meets the on fourth Monday of most months from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30.

Larissa Kitenko is a longtime practitioner and teacher of insight meditation. Larissa has completed the Community Dharma Leader-4 Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center (SRMC) in California with Mary Grace Orr (SRMC) as her mentor and guiding teacher. Her training also includes completion of the Dedicated Practitioner Program also through SRMC, and participation in IMCW’s Teacher Training Program, guided by Tara Brach, Ph.D.
Larissa trained with Jon Kabat-Zinn and has been teaching MBSR since 2005. She is certified as an Associate Clinical Chaplain at Shore Health System in Easton, MD. She leads the Easton Meditation Sangha and teaches at the Salisbury Buddhist Community as well as teaches classes and daylong retreats on the Eastern Shore and Mid-Atlantic region.
