Led by experienced members of the IMC-L community, this two hour event is appropriate for beginners and those wanting to refresh their practice. The workshop will address what Insight Meditation is and why we meditate. It will introduce you to techniques used in sitting, standing, and walking meditation. Short practice sessions will be followed by discussion to help answer questions and share your thoughts about your experience. This is a great opportunity to feel the presence and benefits of meditating in a group.
